Hi there! My name is Kee and I’m a Spirit-Centered, Health and Life Coach. I work intimately with my clients using my unique approach to reclaim their innate natural Self to guide them to their highest potential in body, mind and spirit. I deeply know that you are so beautiful. I am a creator, artist, gardener and entrepreneur. I've lived lots of places, mostly in Brooklyn, NY and recently relocated to coastal NC, where I love living by the Ocean, nearer to family, with my husband and our cat and pup.

  • Was an exchange student in Tours and lived in Paris, where I used to dream in French.

  • Had a 150 year old country home in the Catskill Mountains of New York

  • Meditate every day for 22 mins + 2 secs or 33 mins + 3 secs

  • Lifelong rebel which can be good or completely get in my way

  • Fully healed myself from Hypoglycemia at age 19. Healed from Lyme and Mono/Epstein-Barr in mid 2000s.

  • Began my professional life as menswear fashion editor.

  • Once had to close an NYC street to crane loads of soil and fully grown trees onto a rooftop terrace

  • I used to spend my Summers driving a ‘gator’ around Queens planting a garden for the US Open Tennis tournament.

  • Absolutely hopeless at Tennis. Afraid it will be the same for Pickleball. 🤣

  • Used to have my very own little spot to garden in the middle of NYC’s Bryant Park

  • I created and designed the first women’s Organic Cotton Resort Line, Loup Charmant

  • Sold Loup Charmant to devote myself to a new life in service to women embodying their highest selves.
